Clean and peel off the sea cucumber skin and wash it.

Put sea cucumber on the 90 degree water surface for 0.5 hours.

Set the drying temperature to 50°C and the drying time for 12 hours. Then take out the sea cucumber from the dryer, let it come into direct contact with the air, and regain a little moisture, Knead the sea cucumber.

Put the sea cucumbers in the dryer, set the temperature to 45°C, and the drying time for 15 hours. Then take out the sea cucumber again, let it directly contact the air, regain a little moisture, Knead them again.

Finally, set the temperature to 40°C and continue drying for 10 hours.

The dried sea cucumber will regain moisture when they are in direct contact with the air, so a sealed package is required. If you use vacuum packaging, you can better preserve the color and aroma of sea cucumber.
