Material preparation: Choose high-quality potatoes that are intact, without rot, and peeled after washing. If the scale is large, a professional potato washing and peeling machine can be used. Cut the peeled potatoes into 3.5-5 mm slices and put them in clean water to prevent oxidation and discoloration.

Potato chips blanching: Blanch it in 85℃-95℃ water for 1-2 minutes, remove it and cool it in clean water.

Potato chips drying: Put the potato chips into the baking tray and put them into the dehydrator for drying. In the early stage, dry at a low temperature, set the temperature to about 40°C, and then slowly increase the temperature. The later drying temperature is controlled at 60°C-70°C. Time 6 hours. If you use a mesh belt dryer, the drying time is shorter.
