Noodles are a healthy food that is simple to make, easy to eat, rich in nutrition, low in price, and easy to store. The Baixin noodle dryer can be divided into multiple drying stages, drying the noodles at medium and low temperatures to make the noodles drier. Dry noodles will not change any of their nutritional value. The aroma of the noodles is preserved, and the taste is better.

Put the noodles on a tray or hang on a rack, and then put them in the drying room.

Set the temperature to 20°C-30°, and the humidity to 55% to 65%. For 30 minutes, the moisture will drop from 32-35% to 27-28%.

Gradually increase the temperature, set the temperature at 35°C-45°C for 30-40 minutes, and the moisture will drop from 27-28% to 25%.

Increase the temperature and reduce the humidity. Set the temperature to 45°C-50°C, humidity 55-60%%, set it to 90 minutes, and the moisture will drop from 25% to 16-17%.

Reduce temperature and heat dissipation. Slowly reduce the water content of the noodles and continue to remove the water.

The dried noodle will regain moisture when they are in direct contact with the air, so a sealed package is required. If you use vacuum packaging, you can better preserve the color and aroma of noodle.
