How to dry lychee?

Lychee is a kind of nutritious fruit. Baixin lychee dryer can be divided into multiple drying stages, drying fresh lychees at low and medium temperature, which can better dry lychees. Dried lychees will not change any of their nutritional value. The scent of lychee is preserved and the taste is better.

Wash the lychee and put them into the Baixin lychee dryer.

Early drying: The drying room is heated slowly, the temperature is controlled at about 55°C, the humidity is controlled at 60%, and the time is 4 hours.

Mid-drying: The shell of lychee has appeared in a dry state. At this stage, the temperature is controlled at 65°C, the humidity of the drying room is controlled at 30%, and the time is 8 hours.

Cooling off period: After step 1 and step 2, let it cool for 5 or 6 hours to allow the moisture of the lychee to penetrate from the inside to the outside, and then dry it again.

Late drying: Set the temperature to 65℃ to continue drying, and the drying time is 8-10 hours.

Dried lychees will regain moisture when they are in direct contact with air, so they need to be sealed and packaged. If you use vacuum packaging, you can better preserve the color and aroma of lychees.
