How to dry jackfruit?

Jackfruit is rich in fiber and is a natural snack food. Set drying temperature: 60℃, drying humidity: 10%

Different jackfruit thickness will have different dehydrating time, more thinner, the dehydrating time will be shorter. The dried jackfruit slices will regain moisture when they are in direct contact with the air, so a sealed package is required. If you use vacuum packaging, you can better preserve the color and aroma of jackfruit slices.
