Grapes can be eaten raw or made raisins. Dried grapes are a favorite snack. It is rich in dietary fiber, antioxidants, and enzymes. Dried grapes are a healthy food. The Baixin grape dryer can be divided into multiple stages to dry fresh grapes at medium and low temperatures so that the grape drying effect is better. Dried grapes will not change any of their nutritional value. The aroma of the grapes is preserved and the taste is better.

To clean grapes, generally, 1.5-4.0% sodium hydroxide solution is used to wash away harmful microorganisms on the peel, and at the same time it can be disinfected, and small cracks appear in the peel to facilitate the evaporation of water and promote drying.

Put the cleaned grapes on the tray and put the tray into the drying room.

Grapes drying is divided into two stages. The drying temperature in the first stage is set at 45°C-50°C, the drying temperature in the second stage is set at 70°C-75°C, and the drying time is about 42-60 hours.

Dry grapes will regain moisture when they are in direct contact with air, so they need to be sealed and packaged. If you use vacuum packaging, you can better preserve the color and aroma of the grapes.
