Fig is a kind of fruit with great medicinal value. Baixin fig dryer can be divided into multiple drying stages, drying fresh figs at medium and low temperature, so that the fig drying effect is better. Dried figs will not change any of its nutritional value. The scent of figs is preserved and the taste is better.

Figs can be dried whole or dried after being cut. The drying time of the cut figs should be faster than the drying of the whole figs.

Put it in the dryer: the fresh figs have a moisture content of 75-80% and high sugar content.
Generally, the initial setting temperature is 70℃-85℃, and the drying time is 4 hours.
In the second stage, the temperature is set at 60℃-70℃, and the drying time is 8 hours.
In the third stage, the temperature is set to 50℃-60℃, and the drying time is 5 hours. The whole drying time is about 17 hours, and the moisture content of the figs drops to less than 15%.
If the whole fig is dried, it will take longer, about 25-30 hours.

If you choose a fig mesh belt dryer, the drying time will be shortened.

The dried fig will regain moisture when they are in direct contact with the air, so a sealed package is required. If you use vacuum packaging, you can better preserve the color and aroma of fig.
