Eggplant is a very popular vegetable in the world, but fresh eggplants are not stored for a long time. However, if the eggplants are dried and stored, it will not only facilitate the collection but also greatly extend the storage time. Choose a fresh eggplant that is large, disease-free, and non-rotted as raw material.

Wash the selected eggplant.

Cut the eggplant in half, and then divide each cut half into 3-4 pieces, or cut the eggplant into slices.

Put the cut eggplant into the dryer, set the parameter to a temperature of 63°C, and start drying. If it is sliced, the drying time is about 4-8 hours. If it is cut, the drying time is about 10 hours. The actual drying time will be determined according to the thickness of the eggplant slices. Generally speaking, if the eggplant slices are thinner, it will help speed up the drying rate.If you use the eggplant mesh belt dryer, the drying time is 0.5-2.5 hours.
