How to dry cardamon?

Cardamom can be used as a spice and medicine. Baixin cardamom dryer can be divided into multiple drying stages, drying fresh cardamom at medium and low temperature, so that the cardamom can be dried better. Dried cardamom will not change any of its nutritional value. The scent of cardamom is preserved and the taste is better.

Put the cardamom on the tray and put it in the drying room. If the output is large, it is recommended to use a multi-layer mesh belt dryer, which can automatically load the material.

Select the fixed time mode, set the temperature to 45-78℃, and divide into 10 drying stages. After 21 hours, the cardamom is dried. If you use a large-volume mesh belt dryer, the drying time is 5-8 hours.

Dried cardamom will regain moisture when it comes into direct contact with air, so it needs to be sealed and packaged. If you use vacuum packaging, you can better maintain the color and fragrance of cardamom.

After 10 hours, the black pepper will complete the drying process. If you use a multi-layer mesh belt dryer, the drying can be completed in 2-5 hours.

Dried black pepper will regain moisture when it comes into direct contact with air, so it needs to be sealed and packaged. If you use vacuum packaging, you can better preserve it.
