How to dry broccoli?

The average nutritional value and disease prevention effect of broccoli is better than other vegetables. Fresh broccoli cannot be stored for a long time. But if the broccoli is dried and stored, it will not only facilitate the collection but also greatly extend the storage time. The Baixin Broccoli Dryer can be divided into multiple stages to dry fresh broccoli at low and medium temperatures, which can better dry broccoli. Dried broccoli will not change any of its nutritional value. The scent of broccoli is preserved and it tastes better.

Wash and cut: Clean the broccoli (if the output is large, it is recommended to use a professional broccoli washing machine), and cut into small pieces.

Blanching: Boil broccoli with hot water at 95 degrees Celsius for 50 seconds, then put it in cold water until the broccoli cools.

Drying: Put the broccoli in the dryer, set the target temperature to 63 degrees Celsius, and the relative humidity to 10%. After about 5 hours, the broccoli will be dried. If you use a mesh belt dryer, the drying time will be shortened.

Dried broccoli will regain moisture when it comes into direct contact with air, so it needs to be sealed and packaged. If you use vacuum packaging, you can better preserve the color and aroma of broccoli.
