Banana is a perishable fruit and cannot be stored for a long time. Dried bananas are sweet and crunchy, making them a very delicious snack. Selection of raw materials: first pick out the soft and rotten bananas, and choose the bananas with high ripeness.

Peeling: If the yield is low, manual peeling is recommended. If the output is large, a professional banana peeler is needed to complete it.

Slicing: If the output is low, it can be done manually. If the output is large, it is recommended to use a professional banana slicer, so that the thickness of the banana slices is more uniform.

Color protection treatment: The banana slices are immersed in lemon juice or salt water for a few minutes to prevent the banana slices from turning brown.

Drying: Put the banana slices on the tray and keep them a little apart from each other. Put it into the Baixin banana dehydrator, and control the drying temperature at 60℃-65℃. After about 10-12 hours, the bananas will be dried.

Different banana slice thicknesses will have different dehydration times. The thinner the banana slice, the shorter the dehydration time. Dried banana chips will regain moisture when they are in direct contact with air, so they need to be sealed and packaged. It is recommended that you use vacuum packaging to better preserve the color and fragrance of the banana slices.
