How to dry apple?

Dried apples have high nutritional value, rich in minerals and vitamins, and rich in calcium. Malic acid can metabolize calories and prevent obesity. It is a natural snack food. Baixin apple dryer can be divided into multiple stages to dry fresh apples at medium and low temperatures so that the drying effect is better. Dried apples will not change any of their nutritional value. The scent of the apple is preserved, and the taste is better.

Wash the apple, peel it, and remove the core. If the output is small, the peeling and core removal can be done manually. If the output is large, a professional apple peeling and core removal machine is required.

Cut the apple into slices. If the output is large, it is recommended to use a professional apple slicer, so that the apple slices are more uniform.

Put the apple slices in salt water and soak for a few minutes to prevent the apples from oxidizing and browning.

Take out the apple slices and place them on the tray, keeping them a short distance from each other.

Put in the apple dryer. Set the target temperature to 60°C, and after about 10 to 12 hours, the apple will finish drying.

Different thickness of apple slices will have different dehydration time. The thinner the apple slices, the shorter the dehydration time. Dried apple slices will regain moisture when they are in direct contact with air, so they need to be sealed and packaged. It is recommended that you use vacuum packaging to better preserve the color and fragrance of the apple slices.
